Overview

The degree course in Legal Services is a three-year degree course aimed at ensuring adequate preparation in basic legal subjects, as well as acquiring essential knowledge of an economic nature, functional for training professional figures of different nature.

The course, in fact, aims at training both professionals who are experts in labor law, with legal skills and professional qualification aimed at personnel administration and management, trade union relations and social security; both of professional figures who find employment in the territorial administrations (state, regional and local), public bodies and companies, public and private.

The training offered in the first two years of the course is common to all the curricula prepared, while it differs in the last year of study, in which the offer is more calibrated on the various possible employment opportunities of reference.

The connection between academic preparation and professional training is guaranteed by internships to be carried out within public and private bodies and organizations, with the aim of bringing students closer to the world of work.

Career opportunities

This three-year degree course organizes the training contents with particular reference to the basic legal preparation and to the subjects pertaining to the running of the business, industrial and trade union relations, market structures, production and labor.
In particular, the objectives of providing students with a solid grounding in the subjects that constitute the fundamental system of basic legal preparation are pursued, subsequently structuring the contents of the subjects of employment law relevance so as to be adherent to professional needs, with ample space for economic and business subjects, whose contents are specifically aimed at preparing professionals in the labor, trade union and business management sectors.
