Enrollment Procedure 2022/23 for International non UE students

Students WAITING FOR THE VISA and the documentation necessary to complete the matriculation can ask to enroll in the chosen course to start the online lessons pending the issue of the VISA by the diplomatic mission. Please note this applies to the first semester only.

By sending the request to the URP and International Place at internationalplace@unisi.it you will receive the information to proceed with the online registration which will be completed by paying the first installment. Students will then have access to the online teaching of the chosen course.

PLEASE NOTE: Enrollment will be considered under the condition of issuing the visa and verifying the correct documentation necessary for access to the studies at the University of Siena.

Students residing abroad who have already RECEIVED THE VISA for study purposes even if unable to get to Siena must send via email a copy of the documents necessary for enrollment to the URP - International Place at internationalplace@unisi.it to receive the mandatory NULLA-OSTA for enrollment.

MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION TO BE DELIVERED WHEN YOU ARE IN SIENA (with Green pass)

All documents sent will have to be delivered in original to URP and International Place upon your arrival in Siena. Appointments will have to be made via the Ufirst app  https://www.ufirst.com/gb/offices/QQSP000002109    ,

Should the documents emailed not comply with those presented upon arrival, that will result in cancellation of registration and communication to the Police Headquarters and the Diplomatic Representation.  Upon a positive control, we will provide a FINAL NULLA OSTA to confirm your enrollment to the Student Office of your course .

Students who have not received the VISA by December 31 will have to quit their studies and will be informed of the consequences decided by the appropriate bodies upon request.

In any case, there will be no refund of taxes.
