WARNING: Submitting forged educational certificates or university degrees constitutes a criminal offense. All documents you provide will undergo a thorough review by specialists. If you submit forged documents, you will face severe repercussions, including disqualification from current and future programs. The University reserves the right to report such fraud to law enforcement agencies.
- Prior acceptance by the university does not grant an automatic right to obtain a visa. Visa issuance is solely the jurisdiction of individual diplomatic-consular missions.
- Acquiring a study visa from the appropriate diplomatic-consular mission does not automatically guarantee enrollment. Enrollment remains the exclusive responsibility of individual higher education institutions.
- Even with prior acceptance from the university, enrollment rights are not guaranteed, even in cases involving:
- Successful visa acquisition,
- Physical presence within the national territory,
- Eligibility for scholarships or contributions of any kind,
- Conditional acceptance for the commencement of learning activities.
