Mandatory documents for enrollment

At the moment of enrollment students will have to send via email all the documents listed here below to get the Nulla Osta that is mandatory before you can start the registration procedure.

Enrollment will be completed only after paying the first installment of tuition fees and delivering all documents.    

Non-UE citizens

  • Declaration of Value (issued by the Italian Embassy in the place where the studies were completed) OR Statement of Comparability AND Verification of the Qualification (these last two documents are issued by CIMEA and can be required online using this dedicated link https://cimea.diplo-me.eu/unisi/#/auth/login)  or Diploma supplement issued by the University you graduated from
  • Passport with Visa
  • Original of your High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (depending on which course you are enrolling to)
  • Transcript of records (with translation and legalization) by the appropriate secondary school (if you are enrolling in a bachelor's) or University (if you are enrolling in a Master's) 
  • Certificate declaring the passing grade of an eventual special academic competence exam eventually required for entry to University in the country where the high school was completed - only if you are enrolling in a bachelor's degree
  • copy of the admission letter

EU and EU-equated citizens

  • Declaration of Value (issued by the Italian Embassy in the place where the studies were completed) OR Statement of Comparability AND Verification of the Qualification (these last two documents are issued by CIMEA and can be required online www.cimea.it) OR or Diploma supplement issued by the University you graduated from
  • Identity Card/Passport and Residence Permit (only for EU-equated citizens) 
  • Codice Fiscale issued by Agenzia delle Entrate
  • Copy of your High School or Bachelor's Diploma
  • Transcript of records (with translation and legalization) by the appropriate secondary school (if you are enrolling in a bachelor's) or University (if you are enrolling in a Master's)  
  • Certificate declaring the passing grade of an eventual special academic competence exam eventually required for entry to University in the country where the high school was completed - only if you are enrolling in a bachelor's degree
  • copy of the admission letter
