Overview

The single cycle master’s degree programme in CTF aims to provide students with a multidisciplinary education of advanced level for the exercise of highly qualified activities in the field of drug science. The multidisciplinary knowledge allows the graduate to enter various sectors of the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical-food and cosmetic industry, as well as to carry out the profession of both pharmacist and chemist, or carry out professional activities in the pharmaceutical, pharmacological and (bio)chemical fields.

School education is not precluded. The training course aims to form a professional figure able to operate in complex realities with adequate tools of critical knowledge, analysis and specific assessment and implementation design skills.

Programme structure

The single-cycle master’s degree course in Law is taught in Italian.

Career opportunities

The LM course in CTF aims primarily to train a professional figure who operates: as an expert in the research and development of the drug and health products (herbal, diagnostic and chemical-clinical, cosmetics, dietary and nutritional, medical-surgical devices, medical articles, etc.) at the level of industries, public and private centers, University; in the production at the level of the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, dietary-industryAs an expert in quality control, stability and toxicological evaluation of drugs and other health products; as a scientific informant on the drug and health products.

The achievement of the LM in CTF offers the following employment opportunities: pharmaceutical industry; chemical analysis laboratories, toxicological, chemical-clinical and biochemical-clinical; quality control laboratories, public and private; structures of the National Health System; School, University and other public and private bodies; distribution and marketing of the drug.
