After the Evaluation At the discretion of the Enrolment Committee, students who pass the initial selection based on the submitted documents may be invited to take a remote online test and/or attend an interview. The dates for any additional selection tests will be communicated via email. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian. Overview
The Master’s Degree in International Accounting and Management (IAMA) is designed to provide advanced interdisciplinary training in the economic-business, mathematical-statistical, and legal fields. This program equips students with the theoretical, methodological, and operational expertise necessary to address complex business challenges from an integrated perspective, focusing on management, strategic planning, and organizational change in diverse national and international contexts.
The curriculum places a strong emphasis on modern economic and managerial theories, quantitative analysis techniques, and digital competencies, fostering the ability to analyze and resolve economic, social, legal, cultural, and technological issues. Students gain insights into the latest developments in governance, organizational processes, and management, with applications across public and private sectors.
Entirely taught in English, the program ensures proficiency in professional and social communication, enabling graduates to navigate global business environments effectively. Instruction is delivered by a highly qualified faculty with extensive experience in business management research and teaching, supported by interactive and practical learning methods, including management decision-making simulations and team-based projects.
The program also offers extensive international opportunities, including participation in mobility programs such as Erasmus and Erasmus+, as well as double-degree agreements. These agreements allow students to spend an academic year abroad, earning both a Master’s Degree from the University of Siena and a corresponding degree from a partner institution.
By combining rigorous academic preparation with practical applications and global exposure, the IAMA program prepares students for leadership roles in an increasingly interconnected and dynamic business environment.
