Overview

The course, delivered in Italian, aims to convey a broad and in-depth knowledge of governance and business management issues. The objective is to provide tools for analyzing economic, social, legal, cultural and technological problems, to allow the application of theoretical knowledge in the analysis and resolution of specific problems.


Particular attention is paid to recent developments and changes in the corporate operating context, in order to transmit competences on the processes of governance, management, organization and detection in the various types of companies, operating in different sectors (public and private) , in both national and international contexts.

Career opportunities

Graduates will be able to work in private and public companies, holding managerial and operational responsibility positions, as well as carrying out consultancy activities both in Italy and abroad. They will also be able to manage their business or implement their growth, to implement a development path abroad and to launch new business initiatives.

The Master’s Degree in Management and Governance also allows students access to the profession of Chartered Accountant, as well as the performance of the Legal Audit activity.

In this direction, in particular, the master’s degree program in Management and Governance allows access to the profession of Chartered Accountant and to the activity of Statutory Audit of Accounts.


This Master Degree Course prepares graduates to assume managerial roles within companies, both as staff and managerial; undertake an autonomous entrepreneurial activity, including in this one the exercise of the professions and the consulting activity (accounting and business); to assume roles of responsibility in institutional bodies (Chambers of Commerce, trade associations, local authorities, international organizations, etc.). It also allows the acquisition of skills and knowledge to fill management and control roles in Public Administrations, Utilities and organizations in the no-profit sector. Finally, the Degree Course allows graduates to acquire in-depth knowledge of the characteristics and trends of international markets, the first necessary step for an international career.
