Admission criteria The admission to the Master of a graduate who is in possession of a degree awarded by a foreign University or an equivalent foreign institute is evaluated by the Didactic Committee through a case by case assessment, considering the documentation received through online procedures, on the basis of the relevance and consistency of the qualification obtained abroad (and of the entire training course) with the training objectives of the Master, as well as linguistic knowledge. After the evaluation You will be notified about acceptance approximately one month after the application deadline. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian. Schools and universities usually provide documentation translated into English. Non-EU citizens are invited to contact the Italian Diplomatic Representation of their countries as soon as possible in order to obtain all the required documents for the pre-enrollment at the University of Siena and for information regarding the VISA process.

This master’s degree allows to train professionals capable of working in the field of consultancy to individuals and organizations, corporate training, human resource management, project management.

The course supports the development of professional skills in the following areas:
- the methods of collaborative and transformative research;
- the theories and methods of consulting;
- tools for human resource management and community development;
- project management strategies.

This course avails itself of the collaboration of external teachers from European and US universities in order to develop transversal skills useful for entering the world of work. Some initiatives are visible on the website of the University center Santa Chiara Lab.

The degree course in Education science and educational consulting for organizations is taught in Italian.

Graduates can carry out consultancy activities for individuals, families and organizations, such as professionals with roles in Disability Management, training managers, experts in human resource management, managers of educational processes.
