Bachelor/Undergraduate diploma (or higher) After you have applied, an Enrolment Committee will assess your competences and skills against the requirements of the MSc Programme. Admission criteria The admission to the Master of a graduate who is in possession of a degree awarded by a foreign University or an equivalent foreign institute is evaluated by the Didactic Committee through a case by case assessment, considering the documentation received through online procedures, on the basis of the relevance and consistency of the qualification obtained abroad (and of the entire training course) with the training objectives of the Master, as well as linguistic knowledge. After the evaluation You will be notified about acceptance approximately one month after the application deadline. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Procedures at the Italian Diplomatic Representatives Non-EU citizens Non-EU citizens are invited to contact the Italian Diplomatic Representation of their countries as soon as possible in order to obtain all the required documents for the pre-enrollment at the University of Siena and for information regarding the VISA process. Language requirements

English Italian English knowledge In order to take the MSc courses, students must have an adequate knowledge of the English language, at least of level B1 as established by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Students can demonstrate to possess the required knowledge level either through a recognized international certification (see the list) of international certifications recognized by the University of Siena), or by passing a B2 level exam at the Centro Linguistico di Ateneo (CLA). After the enrolment in Siena, students having an international certification must present it to the CLA office and apply for recognition. The CLA is located in Piazza San Francesco 7, Siena (more details can be found in the related website). Knowledge of Italian language The Italian language proficiency test is compulsory for all non-EU candidates residing abroad who enroll in a course taught in Italian and who do not have a language certification that allows the exemption from the test. Overview

This master’s degree allows to train professionals capable of working in the field of consultancy to individuals and organizations, corporate training, human resource management, project management.

The course supports the development of professional skills in the following areas:
- the methods of collaborative and transformative research;
- the theories and methods of consulting;
- tools for human resource management and community development;
- project management strategies.

This course avails itself of the collaboration of external teachers from European and US universities in order to develop transversal skills useful for entering the world of work. Some initiatives are visible on the website of the University center Santa Chiara Lab.
