Overview
This master’s degree allows to train professionals capable of working in the field of consultancy to individuals and organizations, corporate training, human resource management, project management.
The course supports the development of professional skills in the following areas:
- the methods of collaborative and transformative research;
- the theories and methods of consulting;
- tools for human resource management and community development;
- project management strategies.
This course avails itself of the collaboration of external teachers from European and US universities in order to develop transversal skills useful for entering the world of work. Some initiatives are visible on the website of the University center Santa Chiara Lab.

Career opportunities
Graduates can carry out consultancy activities for individuals, families and organizations, such as professionals with roles in Disability Management, training managers, experts in human resource management, managers of educational processes.
